Falcotex P.T.F.E. fabrics and tapes are available in standard and anti-static grades in both plain and self-adhesive versions. Our products are supplied in standard widths or in tape form slit to our customers own width requirement in 15m or 30m rolls. Falcon Products Ltd also offer a bespoke cutting service and can offer special cut shapes and sizes to the customers own specification.
Falcotex fabrics can also be fabricated into process conveyor belts for screen-printing, textile fusing and drying, shrink tunnels and polymer processing in either a continuous form or with a variety of mechanical fasteners.
P.T.F.E. coated aramid fabrics and silicone rubber coated glass fabrics are also available if required. Other fabric thicknesses and designs including mesh fabric are available on request.
WE also supply pure unsupported skived P.T.F.E. film, both non-adhesive and self-adhesive in the following thicknesses - 0.076mm, 0.127mm, 0.25mm, 0.50mm.
Glass Fabrics
We currently supply Retail, Commercial and Industrial companies who use our products for a wide variety of applications which include heat sealing, packaging, PVCu window manufacture, baking and other food applications, release sheets and high frequency plastic welding. there are many other areas where our products can be used but typically anywhere - low friction, non-stick, high and low temperature and chemical resistance characteristics are required.
Slit Rolls and Tapes

Bespoke Cutting
We are able to offer special cut shapes and sizes to suit specific customer requirements using most of the fabrics within the Falc-O-Tex range including self-adhesive grades. Typical applications being: - heated platen covers on PVCu window profile welding machines, release fabrics for abrasive disc manufacture and release sheets for printed circuit board lamination.
Process Conveyor Belting
Process belts that can operate under extreme conditions of temperature and where good release properties and chemical resistance are required. Belts can be supplied in a wide variety of thicknesses and styles including open mesh in P.T.F.E. coated glass fabric, P.T.F.E. coated aramid fabric and silicone coated glass fabric. They are available as continuous loops with welded joints or as open lengths fitted with a variety of mechanical fasteners to suit the application. Major applications are; Textile Fusing, Textile Printing and Drying, Screen-Printing, Food Manufacture, Curing of extruded rubber or other polymers and shrink-wrap tunnels.
Non-Stick Baking / Cooking Liner
Bake-O-Glide is widely used throughout the bakery, confectionery, food freezing and catering industry. For use in tins, trays, ovens, microwaves and freezers. Standard sizes are available from stock with bespoke sizes available on request.
Non-Stick Silicone Mat
A flexible Silicone coated Fibre Glass mat available in a wide range of stock sizes, suitable for the commercial baker and confectioner. This Silicone non-stick mat can be used 100's of times and is very easy to clean with detergent and a damp cloth.
